Lucky's Italiano, Water Street, Windsor, restaurant is looking for an experienced server.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience waiting tables.

Applicants will be required to work Friday and Saturday nights plus lunch times as required. They will also be expected to undertake with prep work and dish washing duties.

To be considered you must have at least six months experience in a similar setting, be confident and personable with excllent customer service skills. You must also be experienced handling cash and debit machines. 

Wages will be $10 per hour plus tips.

Hidden job market: this expression is thrown around a lot by career counsellors, executive search people, and others involved in the job market. It is widely believed that up to 70% of the positions available at any time fall into this category.

But what is this market, and why is it hiding? Well, it's not as mysterious as it sounds. The hidden job market is composed of positions for which there is no advertised vacancy. These positions can become available in either of two ways:
